| We live in a world
of big uncertainty and ominous situations and expectations designed
to seek alternatives. A world where concepts, values and ideas
are being supplanted by other concepts, values and ideas that
compromise the present and moreover the future.
Now, in times of the so called New World Order, of Neoliberal
Globalization of imposition of violence and severe problems
men confront, and even of the survival itself in our planet,
is necessary and urgent that true peace lovers think with
serenity and depth about concepts, values and ideas they are
to use now and in the future.
Such reflections should include main questions that among
others, should point out national sovereignty, independence,
international integrity and respect to international law as
well as, the necessity of passing from the confrontation and
violence period to that of solidarity and true peace.

The Conference will be held in Plenary Assemblies, Work Commissions,
Masterly Conferences, Round Tables and Lectures.
Short courses and workshops will be offered before and after
the event.
Lectures Presentation
The works should have a heading with the title, author’s
name, institution and country. They should be presented before
October 31 in the Organizing Committee and they should not
have more than 20 sheets, and a résumé with
no more than 250 words. Besides the printed version, you should
send a one in electronic support, using Word versions for
DOS or Windows or a simple text (ASCII).
